Performs various operations on dates and times.
-Have a lot of mathematical operation both on date and times
-Calc the date/time of sunset/sunrise
-Calc Moonphase date/time
-Transform a time in letters
-Transform date in Roman Date Format
-Trasform the date/time from and to mysql/pgsql format
-Calc the swatch Time

This class is not based on LC_TIME setting of PHP but on internal arrays.
Support for this language:
Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Norwegian, Indonesian, Finnish, Dutch.
